What Wornfy does

Wornfy generates illustrative photographs and listing text from a photo you provide, and offers a free tool that rewrites your own image files in your browser. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Vinted, Depop, eBay, Poshmark or any other marketplace.

Generated images are illustrations

An on-model photograph is generated by an AI model. It shows how a garment of that kind falls on a body; it is not a photograph of your item. Fine detail, exact cut, hem length and neckline can differ from the real garment, and wear, marks or damage will not appear at all.

You must publish your own photographs of the actual item alongside any generated image, and you must say in your listing that the image is AI-generated. We add that sentence to the description we write for you; do not remove it. Using a generated image to hide a fault, or in place of real photographs, is a misuse of this service and is your responsibility, not ours.

Your photos

You keep every right you had in the photos you upload. You give us permission to process them only in order to produce your result. You must have the right to use the photos you upload, and you must not upload photographs of other people.

Credits and payment

Plans are monthly and renew until cancelled. Credits refresh at the start of each period and do not carry over. One credit is one generated image; a photo on a model costs two.

If a generation fails, its credits are returned automatically — you are never charged for a photo you did not receive. Payment is taken by Polar, who is the seller of record; their terms govern the transaction itself, including your statutory right to cancel.

The free refresher

The refresher changes your image files so that a re-listed photo is not a byte-identical copy. Marketplaces do not publish their duplicate-detection rules and we make no promise about how any platform will treat any listing. It is a tool for re-listing your own item honestly; it is not a way to run the same listing twice, and it is not a way around a restriction placed on your account.

What we do not promise

We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, that a generated image will meet a particular standard, or that using it will sell your item. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, and nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be removed by agreement.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from your account page, which removes your photos with it. We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms or the law.

Who you are contracting with

Wornfy is operated from Romania. The full trader details — legal name, registered address and registration number — are available on request at hello@wornfy.com and are shown by Polar during checkout.
